Job Mission:
We're looking for superstar UI developer to work on our web based collaboration software. This position will be engaged in implementing all aspect of the user interface on Kavi's products, including the User Interfaces, page and menu layouts, functional behavior, and process flow. Significant experience implementing one or more complex web-based systems is required as is a strong technical background. This full-time, onsite position is a great opportunity for a developer who enjoys working on a small team in a fast-paced and open environment.

Responsibilities:
• Build applications that successfully champion the needs of the user and meet the business goals of the product.
• Participate in requirements definition and the creation of user interface specification, including investigation into best-practice and technical standards organization procedures.
• Collaborate as an area specialist with others on a product's development team; including engineers, marketing, documentation, and QA.
• Responsible for all aspects of the user interface implementation.
• Help develop and publish interface standards.
• Work as member of product development team to produce quality products.

Requirements
• A Bachelor degree in relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated experience in designing usable web-based interfaces and a strong visual design sense.
• Expert standards-based web authoring skills; specifically the ability to write valid JavaScript, XHTML and CSS by hand.
• Excellent English written, verbal, and presentational communication skills.
• Happy working in small teams on multiple projects.
